Sari Dennis, CHC, AADP, FFL is a Certified Health and Wellness Counselor, Healthy Living Ambassador for Pure Haven, Creator of Lifeing Workshops, owner of My Wellness Counts, and Author of My Little Dish, a book about IVF conceprion.

Recently, Sari has added the title of Artist to her repertoire. Having grown up in Toronto with parents who were art collectors, and a mother whose creative talents are numerous, Sari has always been surrounded by beautiful paintings, sculptures and photography. And while she attended art school in the mid-80's, Sari really did not begin to embrace her artistic side until just recently.

It was during Covid that her creativity was sparked when she began painting stones with a couple of girlfriends every Sunday. They would gather outside, share food and conversation, and dot their way through the day. Sari liked to say, "when in doubt, dot".

Then one Sunday something shifted, and Sari's connection to these Stones deepened. She began to bring them to life in her own unique way, introducing mixed-mediums, depth and vitality. They began to take on a life of their own, telling stories that connected both with her and with those who saw her work.
